Mountain House Can Shortage:  As I'm sure many of you already know, Mountain House can't keep up with the increase in sales of cans seen this year.  As a result, we must warn you that any orders for Mountain House cans are very likely to see a delay in shipping of at least a month, and probably several months.  We're still taking orders, but please don't pay with PayPal.  Use a credit card, so that we can wait to charge your card when we ship.  We will wait and ship complete when when your order is ready, and charge your card at that time.  Remember that the pouches are a good 7 year shelf life alternative if you don't need the longer shelf life of the cans.

Shelf Life Information

     Unlike our competitors who use other brands with Mountain House in their systems, ours consist of only Mountain House #10 cans.

     Each day's meals consist of: 1 cup of breakfast, 2 cups of entree, 1/2 cup of vegetables,1/2 cup of dessert, and 2 pilot biscuits.  The shelf life of this system is ~30 years.
